If term of imprisonment of at least
one year is imposed, might be
deemed a “theft” AF; if record of
conviction also shows that the
“property” is a vehicle the
identification number of which has
been altered, conviction under
subsection (b) might be deemed a
“vehicle trafficking” AF.
Might be considered a
CIMT.
